As you may well know, The Generalized System of Preference (GSP) is a tariff preference program that provides temporary duty-free treatment for imports of eligible products from designated beneficiary developing countries to help promote their economic growth and development. Within the context of this program, new products can be added, old products graduated and when imports of individual articles exceed certain value or percentage limits, the benefits may lapse for that product.

In that frame, as a Turkey, we would like to get a Professional service from one of the Law Offices in USA,

• to represent our members’ interest in the pending action of the US  Government to consider redesignating four HTSUS line items (HTSUS 74081900, 74130090, 68022110 and 68029120) classifying certain copper products and monumental or building stones imported from imported Turkey as eligible for GSP benefits,
• to represent our members’ interest in the pending action of the US Government that could waive the application of GSP CNL limits on imports from Turkey of boraks pentahidrat and dekahidrat( HTSUS 28401100 and 28401900).

Therefore, please send us your proposal about the subject matter as a fixed flat-fee basis that includes the retaining fee.

We will be highly appreciated if you send your proposal until 26th of March 2008.
