Associations are performing functions of increasing national export and
control of export within the frame of international agreements beside
functions mentioned at Export Regulations and functions mentioned at the
Council of Ministers Decision related with its functions and establishment.
Functions performed by
İMMİB within that frame;
Performing export transactions of the members in the frame of Export Regime
Decision and Export Regulations.
Conversation with official authorities for solving problems at every level
of export, ensuring the decisions to be taken and realising necessary
organisations for that goal.
Performing national organisations by the way of fairs, exhibitions and
other advertisement activities at abroad.
Performing organisations of the trade groups from importing countries
and our trade groups to countries that are potential markets for our products.
Performing advertising activities such as preparing catalogue, brochures,
bulletins, multivision show and etc. of the sectors in its body.
Cooperation with universities and technical establishments to prepare
inventories of our national underground soucers and some ores for their
use.
Performing preparation continuing before Free Trade Agreement with the
third countries, in the frame of the decisions for preparation of adaptation
laws for Custom Union.
Performing preparation before the meetings of Mixed Economic Commission
between our country and other nations.
Ensuring obedience of the decisions of United Nations for the exports
to Iraq.
Performing auditing and coordination of the liabilities for the international
agreements related with exports that are signed by our country.
 
 
In that respect ;
Organizing meetings in Turkey and joining the meetings at abroad for the
agreements like Wassenaar Arrangements, Missile Technology Control Regime,
and Agreement for Chemical Weapons , Application to İMMİB
for approval of export documentations.
Joining the meetings for United Nations; European Economic Commission
Chemical Industry Specialists Group.
Joining meetings and representing the sectors for World Custom Organisation
Technical Committee on the rules of origin.
