Professional Service Proposal
As you may well know, on January 1, 2011 authorization of the GSP program lapsed. But following this, the U.S. Senate passed the bill (HR 2832) that will renew the expired Generalized System of Preference (GSP) program on October 21, 2011 and extend the program until July 31, 2013. In that frame, we would like to get a Professional service from one of the Law Offices in USA, in 2011 GSP Annual Review. - to represent our members' interest in the pending action of the US Government to consider competitive needs limit (CNL) waiver one HTSUS line items (HTSUS 2840.19.00) classifying boric acids imported from Turkey as eligible for GSP benefits, Therefore, please send us your proposal about the subject matter as a fixed flat-fee basis/per hour, indicating HTSUS CNL waiver fee. We will be highly appreciated if you send your proposal until 29th of November 2011.
